[ARCHIVED] [S] Weather showing inside

For a while now every time I play the weather clips into buildings. Every single one of them. Community and residential. My home and others. Nothing is off limits. I tried changing the design of the rooms and it still won't stop. So now whenever it rains or snows or hails I get weather clipping throughout the buildings.
