What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them apart from star wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to take individual sims on a outing or two sims on a date
What happens when the bug occurs? The whole household from Infants to elders go on all outings
What do you expect to see? all sims go on outings even if not invited

Does this happen when traveling to destinations outside the home neighborhood, or in the home neighborhood only?
