hi, when i try to send my sim to some lot then whole their household and random townies who was nearby at that moment moves along with them
am i the only one having this problem? how to fix it?

upd: i read this thread and checked my mods/cc, i don't have any of JellyPaws or Skarrd's packs
i tried to remove some of my trait packs (Kuttoe and Maplebell) and this issue still exist
