I thought it was just one of the mods i had but after searching this bug, i understand and i think i'm just another victim of this piece of bug... And yes, it means i'm having this issue too, and i saw it just yesterday

Alright! I finally figure it out what was the mod it was provoking this kind of bug, that my sim won't travel alone! At least for me in this case, It was the mod XmlInjector_V4, it seems to be outdated and maybe i had another mod along with it which was provoking this whole mess, now i can finally play in peace! After almost 2 months without playing...
