This nonsense is happening again, right after another update. Why do you people insist on breaking this old game instead of Focusing your efforts on Sims 5???
Just had this and fixed it. Had to go through they whole of my mods folder to find the issue. Started at the top, deleting the files in groups, then in alphabetical order deleting first the A's then B's and so on. Reloaded the game each time until I found the mod causing the problem. For me it was the recent K33n_XYZModeling 0.1.5. Deleted both the package and TS4Scripts file. I would suggest deleting all your ts4scripts files first and see if that does the trick. You may have to work through each one individually to find the issue. Bit of a pain in the arse but I got there in the end. Took best part of 2 days deleting and re-testing.
