Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim go to work and then enter CAS (I went through plan outfits and change likes) and the save and go back to the game/family. I also had this happen while going to a community lot and returning to the house.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I return from CAS the sims who left for work are returned back to the house before their work officially ends and there is a notification that the sim has returned from work and gotten paid for only the hour or so work.
What do you expect to see? I expect my Sim to stay and finish work until it is time to return home and get the appropiate amount of pay.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes, but I have removed it and tried without it. Still not working correctly.

Please describe the patch or change you made. This started happening after the update on 7/26/2022
I basically have the same issue. When I am off the home lot and click the go to work button, my sim will go home and then immediately end the work day.
