This has been going on a long time ago, not  a recent bug. I have noticed it over a year ago at least.

    My sims try to grab another drink before they’ve even finished their first cup 🤦🏻‍♀️

    so unfortunately I’ve had to stop using the tea brewer completely. It sucks when we can’t use entire items in the game due to these autonomy issues.
