How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.78.9.3400
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Toddler stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Resume writing Sim stops after a few seconds to read random book
What happens when the bug occurs? I click resume writing, she sits down to do so then she cancels the writing to go read a random book. Seems like it doesn’t recognize she’s already doing something.
What do you expect to see? My sim to be able to resume writing without getting back up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?
This happened right after the game updated
My Sim doesn't stop writing to do another task, my Sim just stopped writing and then won't finish writing the book. I have had the Sim scrap the book and try again, he gets to the end of the book and just stops. I can't get him to resume writing. The action just disappears from the cue. I have gotten a new computer. That hasn't worked. I can't figure out why. Nothing is new around his desk. Nothing has changed for this to suddenly start. I don't understand it at all. I'm on PS5, so no mods or CC. I have all the packs (ALL of them) and kits. The game is updated.
