[ARCHIVED] Sims stops writing books

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.103.315.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, My first Pet, Horse Ranch
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set up a standard house with multiple sims and tell a sim to write a book.
What happens when the bug occurs? At first it goes normal with book naming etc, but then the action suddenly stops and disappears from the queue. Then one of the following happens: - The sims sits at the computer doing nothing while the animation on the computer continues.; - The sim starts an interaction with another household member while the animation on the computer continues. (The action does not appear in a queue./Often a hug); - The sim goes to do something else while the animation on the computer continues. The animation on the computer on the computer only stops when a new interaction with it is started.
What do you expect to see? That the writing function works normally again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Installed newest update. Installing and deleting cc/mods.

I have already tried some common solutions e.g. deleting the cc/mods and repairing the game (before and after deleting the cc/mods).
