Try LMS reset bathing outfit mod: https://lms-mods.com/#other
I can't guarantee it works with today's patch
@crinrict
Resetting the bathing outfit worked for the session. But after saving and restarting the game the issue returned.
I checked all outfits of the male sim. He is only wearing original clothing items - no CC.
- crinrict6 months agoHero+@Mr_T_2024 Is it just the one Sim ?
If you remove a broken CC, the game will just replace it with a game one. It doesn't' know any better.
Maybe the mod isn't working as it should currenty.- Mr_T_20246 months agoNew Ace@crinrict
I know. But I have not assigned CC clothing to this Sim at all. And after resetting the bathing outfit through the script-mod, both sims had the correct bathing outfit. but after restarting the game they got this underwear like in the screenshot back. so the mod resetted the bathing outfit but the game didn't save it.- crinrict6 months agoHero+
@Mr_T_2024 what traits do they have ? Maybe the mod has an issue, don't know.

@crinrict - It's not just on PC. It's on console too. The bright orange default underwear on women and the black boxers on men show through in the pixelation colours and it looks really weird. Black and orange blobs everywhere at the Moon Revelry Festival. It's bizarre and this has never happened until now. On console, mods aren't going to fix this.
- 5 months ago@crinrict this has been a problem for people without mods as well. The latest patch with life and death has everybody wearing underwear at the moon festival where they dance around naked and it's affecting all my saves. It's fine and then if I exit the game and come back oh my sims are wearing underwear in the shower or when they skinny dip

@Mr_T_2024 There's nothing the mod does to prevent bad CC from taking effect if it's still in your Mods folder. It only removes the problem, doesn't prevent it. You'll need to cull through your CC.

I always check CC clothes with Sims4Studio before putting them into the game and disable the category "bathing outfit" if it is activated. Before the update my sims looked ok. and the male sim doesn't even have CC-Clothes.
If it was wrongly tagged CC, it should be the CC-Item i see in the shower, but it is no CC. It's just the default underwear you see, when you are in CAS.
I will do further tests with removing CC but i don't think that this is the issue.because i didn't change anything and before the update it was ok and it is not CC they are wearing.
