Sims wear default underwear when naked

I know how its trigger.

You'll need a sim using the shower/bath or being in the nude, save and exit then re-enter the save, after that any sims in that save will have clothes (the kind when you unselected clothes from cas) on while they are showering. Some people will say it cc related, but it's not, I did test it on a new save with cc turn off.
And also is confirmed to be a base game glitch, no packs.

I had the same issue after the update. Nothing could fix it. Tried different mods etc, but it would always come back. I had to delete my whole save.

Edit: The underwear is back. And this is in a new, clean save, even after re-installing the game. So frustrated.

i have the same issue but when i do a new save game they are fine and no underwear. the problem is i worked hard on reapers rewards and if i have to start all over i loose all the work growing death flowers and my generation i have created don't know if this helps but after last update i have the underwear issue also .

I have this as well now on my save with over 1000 hrs and 20 odd families , No way do i want to start all over again because Maxis have set a basic underwear outfit for both make and female to nude , so that everyone wears it

I noticed this when I went to the fullmoon party in the new world.

It's happening for me too. I just updated yesterday and noticed that, both male and female, Sims have underwear on while showering. I do have mods, and just tested it without, and you can clearly see the dark underwear through the mosaic.

It happens to me too... I'm in a simulation and this issue is shown after the update. I noticed it when I was trying my new extension pack (the SPA one), so I was trying the bath with lavender with my sim, and he jumped into the bathtube, fully dressed. After that episode I tried the mud, so he wore black underwear.

Also I have another issue, right after the last update: a lot of dishes and cups in the scenery, I can't remove o just pick up and throw away into the bin.
