@Mr_T_2024 what traits do they have ? Maybe the mod has an issue, don't know.
I'm having the same issue as mentioned above. Weird thing is in one of my past saves one of my sims seems to be fine, but all others have this issue. Additionally when using that mod to try to fix things, on an alien sim the bug will reappear when disguising and removing disguises.
My Sims are wearing their underwear when they shower, something which was never an issue until I downloaded the Lovestruck expansion pack yesterday. I have no custom content or mods of any kind so I'm not sure why this is happening. I know it's not a huge issue and it's not affecting playability from a particularly technical standpoint, but it's just odd and it really bugs me. I wasn't having this issue before the new expansion pack so I'm wondering if I just need to uninstall it and request a refund? I was really excited about it so I'd rather not but I don't want to play if this is the new norm or I have to download MCCC to make my game function the way it was previously.
It doesn't have to do with the expansion pack. It's yesterday's patch. Good luck! (Having the same issus)
It was the patch yesterday that created this bug. I noticed it right away.
It is not custom content. I get this bug on a fresh install of the game that I have now done twice and still get the glitch.
Its possible its not compatible. The issue had occurred to a save I had using cc, and was an issue for every sim. So I tried to start a game with no cc or mods at all, and I'm able to replicate it for alien sims. Haven't had it show up for normal sims in this save yet.
I can replicate it simply by having an alien sim: change into the nude>disguise>remove disguise
This is happening on my game for alien sims from the gallery and brand new ones. I'm assuming this has something to do with changing outfits. Hopefully this helps to recreate the bug somewhat or diagnose what the issue may be.
I just noticed this in my game too. Guys are wearing the default CAS black underwear and the gals have the pink bra and underwear. I'm not using any CC in this household, this is the save I always play after big patches for this reason (removed mods/CC) So they've never worn CC outfits in this particular save. There's no reason for them to start wearing underwear now, other than it being related to the most recent patch.
I have this problem too in my game I do have mods which are up to date, and some cc but it is mostly makeup or house furnishings. I don't have any cc clothing. It happened after the patch so I am looking at it suspiciously. I have several families in this save and I tested it with different sims in different houses and also different showers.
Today, I started a new save and the sim was naked in the shower. Oh great, it's fixed, I thought.
I returned back to my older save and back they were in their undies again. Very strange.
i am having the same issue since the patch they did last with sims bathing in underwear so you r not alone in this hope they find a solution for this annoying issue. i don't have any cc clothing or mods that are causing bthid.

I'm having the same issue. In all my saves created prior to the last patch, sims are showering in their underwear. I created a new save and made the sim have a shower. No underwear. I saved and exited and then went back in, made my sim take a shower and voila, black underwear on in the shower! I tried using the reset bathing outfit mod, which works while I'm still playing the save but when I exit the save and then go back in, the sims are in their underwear again. I'm not using any mods or cc.
Yes, it's all Sims in all saves. I started a fresh save just to test, and it only happened after first saving and reloading the game.
@SilkRose19 - Rest assured, it's definitely not mods or CC. This is happening on console too. It's so obnoxious because default underwear is anything but subtle, so it shows through the pixelation like a poke in the eye.
I am having the same thing happen, also sometimes my sims hair changes in the shower and then changes back once they exit. All female sims wear the pink bra and underwear. It’s annoying I was hoping to find a fix
I agree. This is fairly annoying, and I don't use mods or CC at all.
this is affecting me as well on pc. it happens after loading back into a save. really immersion breaking, and i havent found a workaround that sticks. i play vanilla until this happened, then i downloaded some cc hair just for shiggles. still seems to be an issue.
