Have this issue as well. Had no reply to my thread when I discussed it sadly. Trail was left cold. But yes, sims seem to break animation and have an endless queue of actions theyre doing. When I relozd back to the lot, theyre fine, and have acted on their queue, but its crazy frustrating if its a sim youre trying to manage. Pets also cause sims interacting with it to freeze, pet also glitches off lot or at least visually shows that it does. It then gets hungry etc, but has no further response to the mood until reloading.

I have this bug, but it seems to only happen after sims use the bathroom. First, they circle the toilet a few times and then they get their privacy blur and go zooming off to the edge of the map. If they're in a tall building they just go running off into thin air and gradually come down like on a ramp. I have mods/cc in right now, but it doesn't cause any Last Exceptions or other error reports which make me think it is an EA bug. It doesn't happen all the time, but at random and it doesn't matter if they are at home or not.
