I can see this in my game too. I also see that the underside of the pants - below the buttocks, where the thighs meet - is being pulled downwards into a spike on a lot of pants. I know this used to happen on some clothing, but it feels like more pants are being affected now than used to be.

Something must have been changed in the 7/23 patch.
