Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? change a male sim to the feminine frame
What happens when the bug occurs? the neck to bottom of the sim with stick out.
What do you expect to see? Normal, undistorted neck.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? yes, but the glitch remains once they are removed
