[ARCHIVED] Spine distortion on male Sims with female frame

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a male sim with a feminine frame.
What happens when the bug occurs? Male sims with a feminine frame will have a distorted/protruding spine. There is a sharp ridge down the middle of the back, the rear has a deeper indent than usual (broken looking), and there is a hump directly between the legs. Clothing will be noticeably distorted to varying degrees.
What do you expect to see? Sim anatomy consistent with all other configurations of gender/frame.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Updated to the newest Sims 4 patch.

Whoops, just saw a thread is already up for the issue.

This issue does not affect female sims with either frame, male sims with a masculine frame, or female sims with the cheat "traits.equip_trait trait_Breasts_ForceOff" enabled. First discovered while using CC, but the issue persisted after I removed the CC and ran my game without it. 

The screenshot is my game without CC, and of a sim immediately randomized in CAS, unedited outside of making them male with a feminine frame. Trying to use the sliders or changing the body preset does not remove the issue.
