This issue first appeared with Update 7/23/2024. I provided a fix for it on 7/30/2024 and since then I have explained in detail what the problem is and how to fix it.
Last time I said I'd provide the raw files in either a GDrive folder or an SFS folder, however, I have not had internet for the past 10 days and may not have internet til next month. I'm currently on a hot-linked limited cellular data plan. Until such time that I'm back online, the raw files can be extracted from the mod-fix I provided, which is available on CurseForge and Sims File Share if you prefer not to give CF your traffic. Both are linked in the SOLUTION comment, which is highlighted on the first page of this thread.
Still not fixed as of the Halloween patch! (I know it's just a mini patch for the new pack, but still, it's an easy thing to fix, thanks to Sejian)
