How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.335.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, game packs, and stuff packs are installed. The only kits installed are Cozy Bistro, Urban Homage, Modern Luxe, Book Nook, Basement Treasures, Everyday Clutter, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe, First Fits, Decor to the Max, Blooming Rooms, Industrial Loft, Courtyard Oasis, Incheon Arrivals, Country Kitchen, and Moonlight Chic.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Aging up teen sim with a cake and having them grow up
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no pop up that the sim became aged up and I am unable to pick a third trait for their young adult version.
What do you expect to see? I expected a pop up message that the teen entered adulthood and being able to pick their third trait.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Is anyone else also having this issue after updating the patch from 7/23?
I tested it out with a child sim and I am able to pick their second trait. Therefore, I am only having an issue when aging up a teen sim.
