So I've read a lot of old posts about fixing this glitch - going to another lot, making a different cake, using another sim - and NONE of these work. 

I made a new save file and tried again with the same family - but nothing. My toddler will be stuck as a toddler forever ☹️ I don't wanna just use CAS or MCCC, I want to use the birthday cake!

Please help
