What is your current game version number? this is blank when I look in folder
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get to work, City living, cats and dogs, seasons, get famous, island living, discover university, cottage living, growing together, horse ranch, vampires, realm of magic, warewolves, romantic gardens, backyard, toddler, my first pet, home chef hustle, crystal creations and holiday
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have cake on middle of table, add candles, select help blow out candles, parent says can't access.
What happens when the bug occurs? Toddler unable to age up
What do you expect to see? parent helping toddler blow out the candles and they age up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? None don't use either custom content or mods
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes this issue started today.
