Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not completely sure because it doesn't happen all the time. Grow plants, and click on an item/sim/pet and it might pop up?
What happens when the bug occurs? I attempt to click on a person or object, and it shows me the panel for one of my plants. After about 10 seconds the panel goes away like a normal plant panel, but pops up again every time I click the effected object again. This bug still happens even if go to a different lot. The only "fix" is restarting my game. The effected object is different each time, but it is always a plant panel.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to click on the object without this panel popping up. In this example, I wanted to check my horse's needs but the plant panel was blocking the needs panel.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This bug has been happening on and off for a year or so. It's not completely game breaking as I can restart and it goes away, but it does bug me. And as I'm playing without mods, it is a game related bug. It happens probably once every sim year (28 sim days).
