Tooltip indicates wrong object

Hello Sims Team! I've uploaded two videos (recorded via ingame camera bc I'm lazy) demonstrating a bizarre happenstance wherein some clutter objects seem to get stuck with the description "Wild Apple Tree". The issue is more clear in video 2. To clarify: this seems to happen on mouseover. This issue was not present prior to the Businesses and Hobbies pack. I do not have CC that alters gameplay.

The double bed pop up/information box? (with assigned to ... ) shows up when I hover over unrelated items, such as food, plants, paintings etc.

I've noticed that the pop up is only the double bed owned by one particular sim in the household, and mainly shows up on items that came from his inventory. However, when I try to interact with food from any sim, the pop up appears as well.

I noticed this issue right after purchasing the money tree from the satisfaction point shop, though I'm not sure if it's correlation or coincidence.

I've also turned off my mods and it still is happening.

This is an odd one. 
My sim went to one of the basegame worlds ( willow creek and also Oasis springs) and I wanted to pick some plants there. 
Now it shows with all plants that don't have anything to harvest, this tool tip.
Which you should normally only have on a double bed. 
Really odd this. No mods/CC , On PC
