What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? horse ranch (main issue in bug), plus many more
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am unsure
What happens when the bug occurs? While using the horse ranch pack when scrolling over my horses or other objects like bed the description of a third place horse champion award shows up.
What do you expect to see? the horses needs or nothing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

This happens to me frequently as well, and it's very persistent and annoying. Usually when it starts, I have to quit the game and reload for it to stop, and then it just happens again a while later. For me, the most frequent occurrence is with the bee hive; everything I hover my cursor over is the bee hive. Sometimes it's stuff from my sims' inventories, with the same result. It has definitely become more frequent lately, as of three or so patches ago.
