I have almost the exact same problem as anyone else here, more specifically with vampires. This type of occult won't let me change to vampire fangs or glowing eyes not matter how hard I try. The changes just revert back to the old ones when on live mode.
I have gotten this issue also. I had a big family tree of vampires and spellcasters with red occult eyes, which they inherited for few generations and now everyone, who had the red occult eyes have random basic color eyes. I really hope there will be a way to revert this.
same, my save is relatively young but I have three generations of spell casters with the white occult eye, its the most noticeable on the first gen, she doesn't look right with normal eyes haha.
Werewolves don't stick either, every change I made to the beast form of my werewolf would revert. I tried to change his fangs in beast form to vampire ones, switched to edit sim form, switched back and it would have him assigned to a random teeth set in beast mode.
Anything from the vampire pack, like the occult eyes and vampire fangs & face features are not sticking to anything.
