Guys, I have found a solution! 🥳
I downloaded the ''Vampire Details & Eyes For All''
and because the game thinks they're ''human'' they stay on in live mode.
Eyes, skin details & teeth. I've changed households, restarted the game and they're still there. 🙂 On vampires and spellcasters.

@Xngie7 unfortunately that doesn't help people like me playing on console. Really hope ea fixes this bug by at least tomorrow when the life and death pack is playable. Like with an accompanying update.
@Xngie7Do you mean it's enough to download this mod and everyone is fine again without manual restoring??

Thank you so much! I was wondering if something like this would actually fix this bug! I was looking for mods/CC last night and wondered if they didn't work on occults right now, then they would probably be busted for non occults too. But thank you so much for pointing us in the right direction. You've made my day!
There a hidden trait, trait_Species_Human, could this trait related to the bug conflict with the restructuring of Occult and their hidden Occult trait now? If so, maybe remove the trait by cheats may fix it, but need double check.
@phamser I tried it and it doesn't seem to work. I was really hoping that there was a workaround like that for this. It was an interesting theory/suggestion though.

I found another mod that has many other missing features this mod missed.
vampire-face-detail-enabled-for-human-and-alien
with these two mods, we can have the full vampire look back again.

I've already told it before so please stop spreading this misinformation.
I've tested all modes available and none is able to fix occult eyes/teeth/face features bug
