Guys, I have found a solution! 🥳

I downloaded the ''Vampire Details & Eyes For All'' 

and because the game thinks they're ''human'' they stay on in live mode.

Eyes, skin details & teeth. I've changed households, restarted the game and they're still there. 🙂 On vampires and spellcasters.

@Xngie7 this is a solution for you guys on pc but not for us on consoles sadly😢
