[ARCHIVED] [V] [ROM] Occult eyes/features disappear when entering live mode

I have the same issue on my Xbox of course with no mods & it effects the looks of my favorite evil sim cast members in my sim world with the vampire face details. I tried every trick from remaking the sims, saving the household & re-uploaded it, making a new saved file & Nothing works.I don't even wanna play the game because I don't wanna see my defaced sims. I was hoping EA/Sims was going to fix this issue by now but it may be a bigger problem than we think. It all started once Life & Death DLC was released so I assume it has something to do with that pack. I added a pic of the before & after look of my Spellcaster Sim with the vampire face details.
