[ARCHIVED] [LS] Sim from Cupid's Corner Gallery won't change after CAS edit

So I downloaded Lovestruck and I had my sim go on a date with a gallery sim through cupids corner. They hit it off so I moved her in. I realized I didn't like her outfits so I changed them (I used some CC items as well). The outfits worked for a few minutes then it glitched and reset. So I reloaded the game and the outfits duplicated. When I went to change the sims outfit again in CAS the outfits I created are there and the originals weren't. So I reloaded my game again. And my outfits were back. But after a few minutes it happened again. I tried again with another gallery sim and the same thing happened.

I've recently updated a sims style in CAS using cas.fulleditmode, but when I go back to live mode he reverts back to his old appearance. His voice is also stuck as a feminine voice. I do not have any mods or custom content, and my game has the most recent update. I also own all packs and kits.

I have came across yet another bug this bug I got a Sims from the Cupid‘s corner, and I eventually moved the Sim into my household after moving him into my household. I changed his clothes and create a Sim and after that when I want to go travel somewhere all the outfits I had made for him was changed back to the original clothes he was in when I first got him, I am a console player So I am not using any cheats or Custom Content. Can someone please help with this issue?

@Simmerse  Is this a sim you downloaded from the Gallery, and if so, did you add him to your game through the dating app?

If you use mods or custom content, please also test without, as in, move the Mods folder to the desktop.  You don't need to save your progress.

I did download him from the gallery through the cupid's corner dating app.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Potential: Sims 4 Lovestruck, choose to date sim created by player and uploaded to gallery, that sims moves in (they asked and I accepted), change outfits.
What happens when the bug occurs? When changing the sims outfit of the one who moved in and was from the gallery, her outfits will show correctly in cas but her old outfits will be what she wears and show in "outfits" category. It will also duplicate some of the same old outfits in the outfits category. Initially, when I changed her outfits it worked fine. Then she would load in the old outfit glitch into the updated one and back to the old one.
What do you expect to see? The outfits that show up in CAS to be worn in live mode and shown as options under the outfits category when trying to switch.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Game has been very buggy since update, the issues I'm encountering now is a new save as my old save is unplayable.

I'm also having this issue - Sim was added to my household after a date via Cupid's Corner, but none of the changes I've made in CAS are saved, including any outfit changes. Also not using any mods.

This issue is happening to a sim placed into my world through a Cupid's Corner match from the gallery. I'm playing on a Mac. When I edited her in CAS, it appeared to save as normal, but all the changes reverted after returning to live mode. When I go back into CAS, the edited version appears again. In the relationship panel and in live mode, she appears as the unedited version. The edited version appears just fine in CAS, the map view, the main menu, and in manage households. I tested this both with and without mods, and the problem persisted, so I repaired my game and cleared my cache files, but her live mode appearance still does not match her CAS appearance. 

This issue appears to just affect her, as when I tried with my main household, her appearance saved and changed fine.

I have been using "Modify in CAS" to edit sims not within my household but they aren't updating in the actual game once I accept the changes. This is happening with every sim I try to modify. Are there any fixes for this yet?
