@Adevil19the only reliable thing that sticked and worked for me was to create brand new spellcaster/vampire in cas and make sure they never get any kind of job or after school activity in live mode. For some reason my brand new spellcasters and vampires get this bug when they get a job or join an after school activity and I then exit to manage worlds or reload my save. Playing with genetics option in cas to create an exact copy of an already existing spellcaster/vampire that is bugged has sometimes created a bugged sim for me so that has mixed results depending on what sim I try to do it with. I haven't found a permanent workaround fix with already bugged sims. Making my bugged sims a toddler and then aging them back up to young adult with cheats seemed to work temporarily but they eventually got bugged again.
@simmysimsin Yess!!! I believe starting a career or an after school activity is the culprit trigger of the BUG itself. I had a child become a teen, she had the red eyes with the white from birth, I didn’t even make her different besides fixing some weird face features cause she’s a grim descendent. Once she became a cheerleader it changed and won’t allow her to have them anymore, and she doesn’t even look like the same sim anymore. Thankfully her entire family had red hair and green eyes, but now she just looks like everyone else and she was so unique. She started to become my new favorite, and just like that poof no more unique features!!!
