wth
you scare me!!!!
also i have 100+ sims with occult eyes, i dont want to edit all of them again after this bug gets fixed
i have a small ocd (obssessive compulssive disorder) so editing stuff is harder for me because of the ocd
@anonymuser45Sorry to scare you, but it is what it is. You've described it yourself.
I believe fixing this bug retrospectively is far beyond the capabilities and competence of the current development team. It is just technically too difficult considering how the game and saving process work.
Once you've saved the game after the October update - that's it, there is no way back, only manual fixing. This is what I mean by "save corruption". Maybe this is not quite technically correct, as the save still works, but all your sims with occult features are "corrupted" beyond (automatic) repair.
That's why I told people in this thread more than once to keep backups of their saves prior to the patch (or just to not play the game if you don't want to loose progress).

So that means that repairing this bug will damage all the occult sims (or worse, it could delate all of them)?
- SqueamishNerd2 months agoSeasoned Ace@DENYVIOLET They just mean that the occults who have changed will likely have to be changed back manually when the bug is fixed.
