[ARCHIVED] [V] [ROM] Occult eyes/features disappear when entering live mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When my vampires are not in their Dark form, their Red or Purple eyes and facial scarring disappear.
What happens when the bug occurs? Their eyes automatically revert to a normal human eye color (brown, green, or blue) and their facial scars don't show up, unless they are in their Dark form.
What do you expect to see? Red and purple glowing eyes to stay on my vampire normal forms as well as the facial scarring when I exit CAS.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after the patch that came out over two months ago.

When my vampires are in their Dark forms, their red eyes or purple eyes with facial scarring show. But when they turn into their human form, the red glowing eyes and purple glowing eyes revert to a regular color like blue or green, and their facial scars disappear. When I go back to edit in CAS, it doesn't save the red/purple glowing eyes when I exit. Basically, it looks like those eye colors and facial scars don't work unless vampires are in dark form. This occurred after the patch that was released 2 months ago.
