Same issue on pc, unmodded game, patch up to date.

My sim is in the Undertaker career and 7 vacation days are available but there is no option to take one on the phone. It just isn't there on the list in the Business category.

As a result he's had days of mental fog and now a total burnout. 

His girlfriend in the same house can take a vacation day, she's in a part time career in retail.
