The fact that EA has not fixed a critical bug that ruins the core feature of a pack they are selling for a profit, released SIX YEARS AGO, is totally unacceptable. You should be ashamed of yourselves. At this point I feel like the only way that the scumbags at EA will fix anything, no matter how broken, is if they are threatened with legal action! And at this level of negligence, we are edging dangerously close to the territory of selling customers a knowingly nonfunctional product without disclosure. How many people would not have bought Vintage Glamor if they knew that you CANNOT have a consistent butler for a family as the pack implies?
