[ARCHIVED] Write Song / Book / Lyrics Loses Progress

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? I don't know and I'm too tired and annoyed to figure it out. Whatever version it would download as of today when deleting and reinstalling.
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have them all. But I took it down to base game and the problem persists.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a writer begin writing a book. Then, travel to another lot or exit the game and reopen. Resume writing and all progress is lost.
What happens when the bug occurs? After traveling to a new lot, progress for writing has been lost / reset to zero.
What do you expect to see? Progress for writing a book should be saved until the book is completed, regardless of travel or any other circumstance.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? I just built this PC. Windows 11.

I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Pretty much breaks the game. I completely deleted the game and reinstalled just the base game. No expansions, kits, or mods of any kind. Bug persist.
