Just as the title says. I open my inventory, click RESUME and it starts me all the way at the beginning. It's infuriating. Now I have to do the entire song in one sitting or else I'll never be able to complete any songs!

If this looks like your issue, you can add your Me Too to the first post on the thread. There are a lot of players affected by this one by the looks of it. Hopefully it will be addressed in an upcoming patch.

@djb74 Hi! Are you referring to the suggestion to use the Fast Write mod by Mikya? Or is there some other mod that you wanted to use? The game will only recognize mods that are unzipped and added to the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 / Mods folder. So make sure that is where you are placing mods.
The bug also affects song progress. It's been going on for YEARS and they still haven't fixed it. I'm not buying any more Sims content until they start fixing some bugs.
