Was this issue addressed by yesterday's patch?

    @PandoraTO @crinrict 

    I experienced this bug in my legacy save and although I haven't tested it there yet (still to afraid to play this save after the patch) I just tried it out with another save and at least writing a song on guitar did work for me finally! I made Malcolm Landgraab write a song on guitar with some breaks and after each break the progress bar updated to where it was before and after roughly 12h he finished the song. So at least this part of the feature seems fine to me now.

      @flauschtrud Did you travel in between ? I started writing a book, then resumed (it was fine), then traveled and came back and it had reset.

        @crinrict No, I didn't ☹️ Dang it, that would have been very helpful if it had been fixed...
