I still get this bug on PS4 with no mods. Whenever a sim resumes writing a song or lyrics, it always starts the time counter at 0 progress again and still takes 12 hours.

    I'd heard of this bug before but never had any issues with it until now. On a fresh new save file no less. Really wish this had been fixed already.
