How often does the bug occur? 100% of the time
What is your current game version number? 1.99.2.2300
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the expansion packs. All the game packs except for my wedding stories. all of the stuff packs. As far as kits I own modern luxe, book nook, greenhouse Haven, bathroom cutter, everyday clutter, pastel pop, desert luxe, first fits, blooming rooms, incheon arrivals, industrial loft, courtyard Oasis, bust the dust, and country kitchen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Click on your sims cell phone and attempt to travel
What happens when the bug occurs? When you click on your sims cell phone and attempt to travel as it starts to load the game will just shut off completely and kick you back to your consoles home screen
What do you expect to see? I'd expect to be able to travel within my game without my game shutting off and going back to the consoles home screen
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Every time my Sims attempts to travel my game shuts off and goes back to the consoles home screen I've been having this issue for a long time now I play on Xbox one so there are no mods
