[ARCHIVED] [XB1/PS4] Crashing when Traveling

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 2.0.2.2310
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? We have all the expansion packs but Wedding Stories, and Dream Home Decorator. Also missing quite of few of the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On Console if you go to load a game you will see the bug there. If in the game and you go to travel you will see the bug there.
What happens when the bug occurs? When we load a game the game will load most of the way and then the bar freezes and nothing loads. We have made several new games and it happened with all of them. When in the game we would try to travel off lot and it would crash the whole game and we would have to get back into it. We are upset because this makes Sims completely unplayable on the console.
What do you expect to see? Being able to travel without it crashing. Being able to load a game and actually play.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
