How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? We have all the expansion packs but Wedding Stories, and Dream Home Decorator. Also missing quite of few of the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On Console if you go to load a game you will see the bug there. If in the game and you go to travel you will see the bug there.
What happens when the bug occurs? When we load a game the game will load most of the way and then the bar freezes and nothing loads. We have made several new games and it happened with all of them. When in the game we would try to travel off lot and it would crash the whole game and we would have to get back into it. We are upset because this makes Sims completely unplayable on the console.
What do you expect to see? Being able to travel without it crashing. Being able to load a game and actually play.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It appeared after the latest patch.
I feel I have added the information that I can with the Sims not working on Console.

I'm attaching the console troubleshooting steps here for you too.
To find your current game version number go to manage game and add-ons using the menu button (3 lines) on Sims 4 on your console home screen.
I updated our post with the game version. I have gone and replied to the posts and ME Too'd I hope they can fix this we are frustrated we can't even play on the console. Sims is one of our games and we can't even enjoy it. We have tried all the troubleshooting techniques and nothing has worked. We have both game and console updated and still game is not loading and crashing when we start a new game.
