Community ManagerDid your game eventually crash or freeze? Did you receive any error messages on your console when this happened?
This is something I am also experiencing on the PlayStation console. I even went through the process of uninstalling the game and all the packs for it and re installing and it is still on an endless load screen. No failure, or error message. Just continuous loading for over an hour. I pre ordered the pack and was able to play the day of release and the following day, but I have not been able to access any of my loaded/saved games at all since 12/7/2023.
A whole month later and EA has updated the game for computer players multiple times and here we are still having the same issues. You guys lost a loyal customer of 15+ years I will never play another EA again. This is pathetic. You have multiple people complaining on multiple platforms about the issues us console players are having , WE CANT EVEN PLAY THE GAME! EA is nothing but a POS company begging simmers to basically pay for the rest of the sh*ty games they will try to release. We tried everyone and it sucks that some of us have spent hours and many many dollars on this game for the devs and creators to not give two f*cks.
