My Sims 4 game is frustrating me. Since the new update my Sims 4 game will not load after I sign in. It crashes. I re installed it. Everything even my packs. I restarted my console multiple times. I went into offline mode. I just have no idea what to do.

Hi I’m also having this issue. my game won’t load at all since yesterday’s update. During my gameplay following the update last night, my game became super laggy and buggy (UI completely disappeared, manage worlds screen completely black with text descriptions for world appearing but unable to click anything amongst other things). I’ve tried restarting my Xbox and now the game won’t load at all. 

I was able to load to the Home Screen once this morning, and my save stated the wrong amount of simoleons (0) and when I tried to load it it got stuck on a load screen. Since that point I’ve been unable to load to the home screen on launching the game. 

Also not sure if it’s related, but when I did get it loaded up my werewolf sims didn’t have the colour around their eyes or nose. 

So I factory reset my Xbox and redownloaded the sims 4 again! It finally worked... And the new update looks so WEIRD!

After talking to Xbox support they recommended I buy the newest version of Xbox because they no longer support the Xbox ones. I'm assuming this is probably what I'm going to have to do after every Sims update. Factory reset and delete everything.

Just cause you put solved doesn't mean it's sloved I'm still having the same problems and won't load at all nothing helps 

Hi guys i would appreciate any suggestions or help. Ive been a sims player for 4 to 6 years, i have all the packs besides For rent and Saesones. Im playing on xbox one x so im not using any mods. Since the last update and the new pack Businesses and Hobbies its impossible for me to load any of my households, besides the households in the new world Northaven. I cant get to any other worlds and also i cant travel to none of the comunity places like restaurants or libraries. It allways gets stuck during the loading screen. So theres no point in playing anymore. Im so sad Ive played for so long i have more than 100 households and now im scared ive might lost it. I dont want to start a new game. I also have a problem that my sims dont sync between console and cloud. My xbox is online and everything else works fine, im scared to reinstall the game because i might lose the progress. Can anyone please help me?

Can't load in game after buying and downloading B&H

I just recently bought B&H and have been stuck on a loading screen for at least an hour and I have tried just about everything including resetting my Xbox One S, reinstalling the game and all of its dlc, updating the dlc, shutting down the Xbox, etc. In case you wondering, it's the blue loading screen right before the home screen. 

I have been playing sims for about a month and when i pressed resume on the game it would be stuck loading about 75%. I tried opening the game again and restarting and it still did the same thing over and over again.
