@EA_Solaire No external hard drive. And I have done what you have described. It is the game. I am sure others may be experiencing the same issue. When it does this, I just turn the game off. I have uninstalled it and installed it again. You do understand that The Sims 4 has these types of issues every now and then. And your customer service line is "completely" gone. I learned that the hard way when I had a different issue. Now Answers HQ is our only option to get assistance. No chat, no phone number and no e-mail. Usually these issues are fixed with a patch or update. The Sims 4 has a history of certain things. So I have done what you have asked. The game just needs a little TLC, and it will be better.
