Did your game eventually crash or freeze? Did you receive any error messages on your console when this happened?

@EA_Solaire I am having this same exact problem. My game constantly loads while loading certain lots, never stops loading. Have to restart game. When game crashes during travel/CAS/Build Mode, receives error code every time. Must again, restart game.
