This is my first time having to put an issue on The Sims 4 forum because I’m having a problem playing the game on my Xbox one console. I bought the game back in 2014, so I’m a long time player of this game and as well I’ve spent a lot of my own money on this game. I’ve always played on Xbox one and have experienced some bugs but have managed to just sadly deal with them being that a lot is broken in the game. I have very little bug issues and my game works fairly decently. I have all dlc for the game and I recently purchased love struck and ever since playing it on one of my saves it has started giving me an error code 0 issue every time I go to save the game. I’ve been managing this issue by creating a new save and renaming it over and over again. I’ve been someone who in the console community of The Sims 4 has been playing and paying this game and I would like to hopefully see this issue get fixed not only for pc and Mac players of The Sims but for console players as well especially when I didn’t have this issue before lovestruck. I was able to save normally before and now I can’t. It’s disruptive to think that my save of the game that I’ve had for 10 years is in jeopardy of being corrupted or unsalvageable. I hope that this issue gets fixed and doesn’t happen again in the future dlc that comes out for the game.
