Hello there
Wondered if someone might be able to help me, I am on xbox next gen, I have all the packs apart from lovestruck, werewolf, castle, and dust bunny one
I cant seem to save the game at all it just comes up with error code 0
I have looked on here for some answers I did find this
- Go to Sims 4 on the Xbox Dashboard and press the MENU button
- Select Manage Game & Add-ons
- Select Saved Data
- Delete the Reserved Space file and launch TS4 again
I have done this and deleted the reserved space and still when I log back in and play I can not save the game still says error code 0
I also found this
- Remove a number of lots, room, or households that you currently have saved in your Library section of The Gallery- specifically larger lots or more complex lots that use many items.
- If you are using all 10 save file slots, you'll need to delete some of the older and larger save files that you no longer use to help clear up space.
- Check your Sim's inventory and delete your saved photos to allow for more space.
I have done this also and still I get error code 0
my game is now unplayable because I can not save it,
