I'm having this issue as well on ps4. Error code CE-34878-0

I've gone through all of the troubleshooting steps in this thread and nothing has worked to fix it. 

Is there anything else I can do? I've deleted and reinstalled the game, reset my PlayStation. Rebuilt the database in safe mode. And still nothing has worked.

    This is happening to me too on Xbox series x. Just spent money on the pets pack a few days ago to not even be able to use it properly lol is anyone ever gonna fix this? It seems like it’s been happening for a while. I mean it’s August 2024
