Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? disable eco footprint, have eco friendly or industrial appliances, world will still be effected. specifically, light rays cause visual clipping/lag for a mostly meaningless effect.
What happens when the bug occurs? world environment changes, light rays cause lag, no reason for the light rays to be as intensive as they are, not worth a moodlet.
What do you expect to see? no change to environment when option toggled off. no light rays no smog effects. light rays do not need to be as graphics intensive as they are, they are barely seen when playing the game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
visual lag from light rays smog that should not be in world at all because eco footprint is toggled off.
