I have this issue since the last update, bills do not show up but the water / utilities are shut down and no way to pay the bills.
I also don't have the option to pay rent and bills (I play with For Rent). My landlord is threatening to evict me, which sucks because I've played in this house for months and building it and adding all the personalised items like pictures of the family took DAYS. I can't pay the rent though because the option literally doesn't show up. I've tried switching to another household on the same lot but in another unit, and they also don't have the option to pay rent and bills. It's Wednesday and I don't think my sims will be allowed to stay until Monday, so I can't even check if the issue will resolve itself.
