No option to pay bills (Patch 1.108.349)

Having same issue.  Eventually got the pay bills not greyed out (moved sim lots) and bills still cannot be paid.  Tried via mail, computer and phone.  Even tried the bills.paid cheat as well as turned mods on and tried to.mccc them chested paid.  Nothing worked.  Sims power is off now and she owes like $5 🙄

I'm having issues with bills on For Rent apartment buildings specifically. Doesn't seem to be a problem on other lots. I've played two separate times in rentals and both times I could pay normally at first, but then there was no rent, only bills and then nothing. No options to pay anything anywhere and landlord threatening to repossess.

Having the same issues after the latest patch update/latest EP (Hobbies & Businesses). I can't pay my bills (even when they owe me money.. smh). I get no notifications about the mailman, but I do get notifications about my power and water being cut off and that someone is coming over to take my stuff (don't ask how that ended up..).

I have removed my mods, repaired the game and cleared my cache, still having the same issue.

I'm having the same issue with the new businesses & hobbies update. I'm sad because I built a whole new cat cafe with house and the power and water got shut off. I have a vanilla game with no mods or CC . I cleared cache anyways as was recommended  I changed to each mailbox to test. Phone, computer, and mailboxes don't work. Tried moving my sim to another lot. Tried moving in new Sims . Nope. So now my sim who I have made to run this cafe that I spent so much time on both cannot be played until this is fixed. Hope it is fixed soon...

I have been playing my game with no issues and 2 days ago my lights got turned off and everyone in the household has paid the bill but the lights still aren't back on I don't know what to do has anyone got a solution for this yet?

does this mean you're fixing it???
