Recently purchased and downloaded the new Hobbies & Businesses. Auto updated the game and turned all and any mods of.
Started a new save game to prevent any interfering options and I've now played with this household for 3 standard seasons. Only to realize I can't pay the bills. The mailman hasn't visited my lot. I've tried moving the sim and restarting the game and PC to see if this helps but sadly not.
No notification pops to say my bills are over due or that the power will be turned off, its just accumulating debt. Option to get mail/pay bills is grayed out and there is no option to pay bills via PC or phone.
